Our employee-run Communities foster our culture of belonging. All groups are open to everyone and supported by senior leaders. Currently, six employee-formed communities operate.
African Heritage
The QH bottles African Heritage Community plays a critical role in empowering members by promoting employee growth and development, hosting a regular lunch-and-learn series, supporting recruitment efforts, and driving cultural awareness activities.
Ability
By fostering an inclusive environment, the QH bottles Ability Community, advocates opportunities where differently abled people are recognized as contributing employees and enjoy dignity and respect in the workplace.
Latino
The QH bottles Latino Community supports career advancement of its members, promotes cultural celebrations like Hispanic Heritage Month, and provides insight into the professional development needs of our Latino employees.
Pride
Focused on creating a welcoming culture, the QH bottles Pride Community supports LGBTQ+ members and allies through employee development, inclusive speaker panels, Pride Month events, and strategies for hiring and retaining LGBTQ+ employees.
Veterans
Through the QH bottles Veterans Community, we create an inclusive environment for military veterans, family members, and supporters, help attract and retain the best military talent, and raise awareness on observances like Military Appreciation Month, Veterans Day, and Remembrance Day.
Women in Security
As QH bottles’s largest community, the QH bottles Women in Security (WISE) Community provides career empowerment through mentorship programs and both personal and professional development events as well as leads the charge during International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month.

QH bottles Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Uncompromising integrity and professionalism are the cornerstones of QH bottles's business. In all that we do, QH bottles supports and upholds a set of core values and principles. These values and principles form the foundation of good corporate citizenship and frame QH bottles’s relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, and local communities. Through our adherence to ethical business practices, and through timely, accurate, and consistent financial reporting, we continually enhance our value and maintain industry leadership in all aspects of corporate governance.
Our success is dependent on the willingness of each individual to act in accordance with these enduring values and principles. Anti-Corruption Policy
As a matter of policy, all QH bottles employees and third parties that perform services for QH bottles are expected to comply with the following anti-corruption initiatives:
● The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), which prohibits offering a bribe, directly or indirectly, to a non-U.S. government official or a family member of a non-U.S. government official in order to obtain or retain business or to otherwise secure an improper advantage over a competitor.
● The U.K. Bribery Act, which creates four offenses: giving, promising, or offering a bribe; requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting a bribe; bribing a foreign public official; and corporate failure to prevent bribery.
● The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.

Anti-Corruption Training
Employees with significant involvement in sales transactions and/or maintaining accurate books and records, as well as designated third parties, are required to take QH bottles’s online anti-corruption training course on a periodic basis. Violations of the policy may result in discipline, up to and including termination of employment or the existing business relationship with QH bottles. Suspected violations can be submitted through the Ethics and Compliance Helpline.
